Those with tattoos can also use the facility, but caution is advised.
Our shop is open to people with tattoos, but just as people with tattoos cannot enter Japanese hot springs, some Japanese people have a negative image of tattoos. Our shop also has a high rate of Japanese people with tattoos being banned from entering due to illegal activities and poor manners. Asian customers (Korean, Taiwanese, Chinese) with tattoos are often not recognizable as Japanese by appearance, so please understand that there is a possibility that other customers will avoid them when using our shop.
For customers who do not know the entrance
There is an image of the entrance on the “SWEAT STAY” access page, so please check it out.

There are no rental items available for foreign guests.
Previously, we offered rental items for events to foreign customers, but we stopped offering rental items after we found that some foreign customers were taking our rental items home with them.
This is because we are unable to issue invoices or request refunds if foreign customers have already left the country. Thank you for your understanding.
On the day of events where certain rental items are used, you will be asked to spend the time completely naked.
Group use may be refused.
In the past, a group of 10 foreign customers came to our store and we allowed them to enter, but they started moving around the store in groups, chatting everywhere, and causing a nuisance to other customers.
We prohibit conversations outside of the locker area.
Customers who come to the store in groups and are noisy before checking in will be denied entry.
If you would like to visit, please come at different times and in groups of 2-3 people.
